Immaculate cleanliness throughout the property.
I was appalled by the horrible drain smell that hit me the moment I entered my room. Despite my efforts to air it out by leaving the window open, the stench was still there and utterly unbearable. The room's description of 'with terrace' was misleading—what I saw was just a view of unsightly air conditioning units and gravel, rather than any charming outdoor space. To top it off, the refreshments provided were an embarrassment. packets of shortbread biscuits in a mug weren't what I expected after a long day of travel.

Staying with the family was so enjoyable! We loved exploring the local area, and being just a short walk from the Aviva Stadium was a highlight, especially with the kids' excitement around the rugby games. The room had everything we needed, from comfy beds to thoughtful amenities.
My kids wished there were some recreational areas for them to play nearby.

I loved the elegant style and high ceilings at Pembroke Hall. My room was the Superior King Room, spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The coffee machine added a nice touch for those early mornings. The location felt safe and was just a short walk to many great restaurants and pubs. However, the steep stone stairs made it a challenge for me, especially with luggage. Additionally, the limited on-site service occasionally left me wanting for assistance during the day. Overall, my stay was enjoyable with beautiful decor and a comfortable setting, though accessibility could be better.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room and it was cozy and stylish. The bed was super comfortable—definitely a highlight! The coffee machine with fresh pods was a nice touch too. Plus, the vibe of the room felt both elegant and homely. Only wish there was a bit more storage space for my stuff, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I felt really at ease in the space!

What a delightful spot! The room was stylish and super comfy. Plus, the location is spot on—barely a stone's throw from great restaurants and bars!
The doorbell must be on vacation. you might as well bring a snack while waiting for someone to answer. Also, where's the honesty bar? I didn't sign up for a scavenger hunt!

The Deluxe Twin Room provided a beautifully furnished, character-filled space with air-conditioning and modern amenities like a Nespresso machine. Despite its small size, the en suite bathroom was perfect, and the location was excellent, close to cafés and brunch spots. Meeting the host was a delightful experience, adding a personal touch to our visit. However, I found the room a bit cramped for our longer stay, and there was limited storage space available, which made unpacking a hassle.
